• Free Ground Shipping within the United States.
• Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are $10
• International shipping is $25 for all orders under $200
• Orders outside of the US can take at least 14 days.

Expecting My Order

• We process and ship orders within 5 business days.
• If a style is sold out, it will ship in 2 weeks.
• We will send tracking when your jewelry is on its way!

Repairs

• All repairs are free within 6 months, when you cover all shipping costs.
• After 6 months we charge for repairs or give you a discount on your next purchase.
• Repairs can take up to 4 weeks.
• All repairs must be approved prior to sending back product.

Returns

• We hope you love your purchase, but if you decide otherwise, we will process a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
• All returns or exchanges must be approved prior to sending back jewelry.
• All exchanged items are final sale.
• All items must be in pristine condition for the return or exchange to be processed.
• We do not replace lost or stolen items.
• All items purchased with a discount code are final sale
